  1. I liked the project. I thought it was well thought out and it was an interesting choice to do a video piece instead of an illustrative piece. The use of the type was interesting and the I think it changed the overall feeling of the piece. The movie flowed pretty well but I got a little confused of when to push the next button. The camera angles looked good and well planned and executed well. There was no weird or strange angles. I would have put a back button in case a person mistook when to hit the next button.

  2. I too felt that it was an interesting choice in picking to incorporate video instead of doing animation. I did not like the use of type. There was to much going on with it. too much movement. Like I wanted to push the button but I had to wait for the text finish flowing in. It's a bit harder in this situation to stay interested on staying in the "page" long enough to finish reading all of the text. I think it is because of the use of video. With a hand drawn animation, a person could spend a couple minutes looking at every thing in the frame, highlights, details etc. You can really tell how much detail was thought about. When using video I feel like the spectator almost takes the images for granted because they are typical and we are used to seeing them every day. It's not out of the norm or this world.

  3. I thought it was cool that you chose to keep the story in olde english (?) but portray it in a modern way. Some of the camera angles were really awesome and made me want to see more. Some things that confused me were: (like Scott said ^) I wasn't exactly sure when to go to the next page. I wanted to wait for the scene to end but I wasn't sure if it was actually over or if the scene would keep coming... just a little confusing at certain points but not all of them.

I enjoyed watching your video and thought you took a unique approach to the project! great job!
