I love the drawn quality of your piece. It remind me of a painting. Well an animated painting. The slow phasing from day to night is quite nice. I enjoy how the scene changes dramatically depending on if it is day or night. I would probably have had the vines moving a little faster.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite aspect of this is the quality of the illustration. You did a really wonderful job with textures, colors, and overall rendering of objects. The change in the horizon was especially creative, and I thought the animation of the bee was well done.
The only thing I could suggest to make this even better is sound. Even if it was just the sound of the bee flying or the finger bones coming out of the sand, it would really enhance the work; But, even without the sound, it is still interesting and fun to roll around over the buttons. Awesome job!
I really enjoyed your work. The aesthetic quality is great, and the overall composition is very well thought out. It's always interesting to see what sort of landscapes or scenes that peoples' imaginations can come up with.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite animation was the sky in the background. Nice job on your illustrations as well, the detail is nice. I would have made the insect fly away as the mouse scrolls over it thought. Great work.
